We can offer a service where the units preventative cycle is tracked and you are notified of the upcoming service. You would only need to notify us of any breakdowns and we will respond accordingly.

Maintenance Service

With this contract, the unit is maintained as per Getinge’s requirements as well as regular checks of the unit are made. We also include all software updates and costs related to these checks and updates

Comprehensive Service

This is the big one. All preventative and corrective maintenance, as well as all callouts and breakdowns are included*. The best option for maximum uptime of the unit

*Excludes damage due to negligence
